View Full Version : Girder state logic?

Howdy. Great program, been using it for a few years and really love it. I am stumped though on how to proceed with something. I want to make a power macro, or rather two macros one for turn off and one for turn on. I want to use one button on my remote to toggle them. I wasn't sure how to handle state memory, so I figured I could just make a token file on the hard drive like c:\windows\power.on and it can use that to know what state the system is in. Sounds easy, but I've no idea how to tell Girder to have a "file conditional", and then after it runs it also has to rename that file to power.off and I also don't know how to do that.

For that matter, I may be going about it all wrong anyway. Does Girder have some sort of state-memory or anything like that?
