***Here is a short video of it in action*** (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MURCo10UKK0)

I made my last CCF (http://www.promixis.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7781) five years ago so making this one was quite the experience, a lot sure has changed! I am very happy way with the way this turned out, there is some stuff that I wish I could add to it but the lua scripting to do so is beyond me.

This CCF is built off the Flatstyle CCF, but there is very little of the original left, although the lua file is essentially the same with just a few tweaks/additions. This CCF is only for my audio player (JRMC) no lighting, weather, etc. I don't use any of that stuff.

You will notice that there are two volume controls in the header. I put both of them in there because the one on the right is the one that I use because I don't use the volume control from JRMC I control the volume via my preamp. I put the one on the left there for those of you who use the JRMC volume. You can easily hide one just by either deleting it or by changing its state to hidden.

I use X imagesize exclusively throughout this CCF, I don't mind the hit in performance personally but if you do, you may want to lower the imagesizes.

A couple things that may not be obvious. The zones are combined with the EQ. I don't really use either of these but wanted to include them so I just combined them. Pressing the Now Playing album cover will bring up the Now Playing List, clicking the previous track plays the previous track, pressing the next album cover plays the next track.

You can download it here http://www.moesrealm.com/img/netremote/3/CCF/

I also dumped most/all of the images I used to make it here http://www.moesrealm.com/img/netremote/3/Graphics/

I'd love for some people to download it and play around with it and put it through it's paces. Also if some good lua people could look at the CCF Wish-Bug list.txt file included with the zip and help me with some of the issues and some of my wishes I'd really appreciate it.

I will add it to the gallery later, I want to see if some people can help me with some of the issues I am having with it before adding it there.

Feedback, positive or negative, is welcomed.

It might speed up your GAC

I don't really have a problem with my GAC speeds, especially after I changed includeSubItemCount to zero. I just know it would be faster if I used smaller image sizes.

I hadn't seen the first link you posted before so I'll have to check that out. More speed definitely wouldn't hurt :)

Well there was a number of things that got fixed along the way. I am sure most ended up in the last version of the Flatstyle CCF. Just suggesting to be sure.

Cool, thanks for those links John. I changed it so that when you open the library it defaults to Artist which makes the most sense to me.

Cheers,
Moe
