View Full Version : Mediabridge, Windows7, run as administrator

Mediabridge on my Windows7 definitely runs erroneously if not run as administrator. The core reason appears to be that it wants to write to some files in its installation directories -- considered a no-no in Windows Vista
and Windows7. This fails unless run as administrator.

Why Mediabridge in this case happily serves its clients garbage instead of producing an error message like "Cannot write to ..." is beyond me...

Running as administrator is not an alternative if MB should run at Windows start.

Just tried the following workarund: Install in another directory than "Program Files". Works!
