I have 3 Dish network receivers and I am trying to program girder to send a wake signal to them at a specific time of day (i.e. 5am every day). The wake signal is just the select button on the remote. I enabled the USB UIRT plugin and it will learn the command but I can't figure out how to set it up so that it sends the command out at that time. Can someone please help me?

Once you have learned the IR code into a USB-UIRT action and can send it back out by manually triggering the action ( the yellow spark in the toolbar ) it's a matter of configuring the scheduler. The manual has a section on how to use this.

0. Make sure the LOG window is opened Main Window -> View -> Logger

1. Make sure the scheduler plugin is enabled: File->Settings->Plugins

2. Open scheduler: Main Window -> View-> Scheduler

3. Add Scheduler name it "5AMWAKE", leave device at 235, click the enabled box.

4. Click Test Event (The log should show 5AMWAKE event)

5. Click "Add Task"

6. Select "Day Task"

7. Set the "Time" box to 05:00

8. Click OK

9. Drag the 5AMWAKE event from the Log to the USB-UIRT IR send action.
