    see the manual, its case sensitive, must be Sleep not sleep

    The only way to do that is by using the threading option, but I advise against that strongly unless you are familiar with programming. Maybe you can achieve your goal by using a timer?

    its covered in the manual.

    but if you are not a programmer, this will not be a good solution.

    Mike,

    I am a programmer, but not in LUA. I want to fire a girder event which will load TVGRID2 on the internet explorer, this takes around 10 sec. My next step is to do some thing on that IE window. So I have to wait 10 seconds to do this.

    but if I use win.Sleep(10000). it fires the the event in the earlier step only after 10 seconds is done. I wan the event to fire up while I a sleeping for 10 seconds.
