Default "USB-UIRT Action" is not learning event

I use USB-UIRT for years to receive commands. It works fine. I want to use USB-UIRT Action to send a IR-signal now. The "learn IR-code" function within the "USB-UIRT action" is doing nothing at all.
Ticking or unticking the "Force UIRT raw mode" doesn't help too.

Maybe there is a coincidence with the following issue. If i create a new gml file, i cannot assign the remote (wich is there in the event mapper and working with exixting gmls). In the "reassign remote" dialog is no remote listed.
If i chose "reassign remote" for a existimg gml, the remote is shown in the list.

    I use Girder 5.1.0

    Very confusing.

Thanks for any help in advance.

I found the solution meanwhile. USB-UIRT needed a firmware update.

I am having the same problem. Could you tell me the firmware version of the update?
I went to the "latest firmware" link from the manufacture's website and updated the firmware but it did not solve the problem
