    Red face USB-UIRT uuirtdrv.dll file missing error

    I recently bought a USB-UIRT to use with girder 6. I installed it and it's not working. When I go into the Device Manager and add the UIRT component it (the component) shows up but the add device on the Edit drop-down is grayed out. I got a file from the UIRT that tells me the "uuirtdrv.dll" file is missing. How do I fix this problem?

    "I got a file from the UIRT that tells me the "uuirtdrv.dll" file is missing"

    Where do you see this message? What is it's exact wording?

    Also make sure you installed the USB-UIRT OS driver:

    I downloaded the drivers last week from the USB-UIRT website. When I found out that the remote wasn't working I contacted their technical support and received an email with a file to run to check the software. When I ran it it gives the message;

    Run time error 53
    file not found uuirtdrv.dll

    So when you run the USB-UIRT supplied check software you get that error? If that is the case you should talk with USB-UIRT support. Once their tool doesn't report an error try Girder again.

    Okay, USB-UIRT is now error-free. Now when I go to the Device Manager and add a component I get the following:

    New USB-UIRT Plugin component
    USB-UIRT
    All
    Zone 1
    Zone 2
    Zone 3

    There doesn't seem to be a way to add controls. How do I add controls so I can start learning codes? Is it even possible to add controls, to Girder 6, for the USB-UIRT in the Device Manager?

    Will the USB-UIRT work normally with NetRemote Dynamic?

    Never mind. I figured out how to solve my problem.
