Variable Conditional		Conditional: Continue in the associated macro only if the evaluation of a variable (any variable, any payload, any nested structure) returns true (or false). Action: If a set variable evaluates true, trigger node 1, otherwise trigger node 2. Lots of my HA stuff should only happen if certain conditions exist (it's dark, I'm not on vacation (holiday), etc.), so the Conditional satisfies that need. Then I realized that a flow-control branching would be necessary, so that if ex. OnVacation = true, Wakeup=10AM else Wakeup=6AM, etc. That's where the 'Trigger Node if...' comes in. Unzip to your G4 folder ('Use folder names' in Winzip). There is an example GML in the zip to help clarify usage. Updated 09/29/06: Fixed not saving settings when variable type is string; added variable type of 'LUA', allowing lua code to be used to return a true or false value and have the conditional act based on what is returned. Caveat - at least for the model I have, serial control apparently doesn't work very well --- your mileage may differ, and I'm still following this up with Samsung's tech support, so it's possible there might be improvements. I sure hope so! This is a "fat" driver that has some knowledge of the command set that the TV purportedly makes use of.
